I founded Helda because I too often saw good companies miss out on digital opportunities — not out of unwillingness, but due to lack of time, insufficient overview, or because the right partner was missing. How Helda Solutions came into being — from sole proprietorship to GmbH

In 2023, I faced a decision: continue working as an external consultant – or do what I had been contemplating for years: help Swiss SMEs avoid leaving marketing and sales to chance.

I knew the triggers from practical experience: companies with great products but no system. Leads that disappeared into email inboxes. Advertising budgets that fizzled out because no one measured the results. And again and again, the same phrase: "We really ought to do something about that."

So, I founded Helda Solutions – in Kloten, ten minutes from Zurich Airport. The name? A tribute to the idea of creating "hero solutions" for SMEs: pragmatic, understandable, and with real results.

What started as a one-man consultancy is now a structured offering for owner-managed SMEs with annual revenues of CHF 500,000 or more: from diagnosis and CRM setup to ongoing optimization. All on one platform – HighLevel – which I have been using since day one and now know better than almost anyone else in Switzerland.
