No, you don't need to prepare anything. After booking an appointment, you will receive a short questionnaire (2 minutes) so that we can optimally prepare for the conversation. We will clarify everything else together during the conversation.

That depends on the measure: Performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) usually delivers the first qualified inquiries within the first 2–4 weeks. SEO results appear after 3–6 months. A CRM setup is ready for use in 2–4 weeks. The marketing & sales diagnosis provides clarity in 5 working days.
Cost & Investment
The costs depend on the scope and type of collaboration. We work with transparent project fees or monthly retainer models — never by the hour, which you cannot track. In the initial consultation, we will give you an honest assessment of what investment is realistic for your goals.
No. We will provide you with a clear price or a monthly flat rate before the project starts. External costs (e.g., advertising budget for Google Ads, Shopify license fees, domain costs) are listed separately and communicated transparently. No surprises.
The right minimum budget depends on your industry, goals, and market. As a guideline: For Google Ads, we recommend a minimum budget of CHF 1,500–3,000 per month to achieve statistically significant results. We advise you honestly — if performance marketing is not the right first step for your SME right now, we will tell you.
No. The Marketing & Sales Diagnosis and the initial consultation are deliberately designed as low-threshold entry points. Afterwards, you will know where the greatest leverage lies — and can invest strategically instead of broadly.
That depends on your setup. Typical running costs include: HighLevel license (from approx. CHF 97/month), Shopify license (from CHF 36/month), advertising budget (variable), and optionally a retainer for support from Helda Solutions. We only recommend tools and budgets that can be justified by the effect achieved.

No. HighLevel is our recommended platform because it offers the best value for money for SMEs. If you are already using another CRM or other tools, we will check during the Digital Audit whether a change makes sense - or whether we can work with your existing stack.
Shopify is the world's leading e-commerce platform: fast, secure, scalable, and easy to use. For the Swiss market, Shopify offers native support for CHF, TWINT, and local shipping solutions. Compared to WordPress, the technical maintenance effort (updates, security, hosting) is eliminated. We recommend Shopify — but not dogmatically.
HighLevel hosts data in Switzerland/EU and the USA and has a Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework certification. Shopify data is hosted on Shopify's infrastructure (SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS Level 1 certified). Upon request, we can advise you on specific data protection requirements.
In most cases, yes. In the Digital Audit, we examine which tools are useful and which can be consolidated. The goal is not to replace everything – but to create a system where data flows and does not disappear into silos.
No. We set everything up for you and train your team in using the tools. HighLevel and Shopify are intentionally designed to be manageable without an IT department. After onboarding, you will be able to act independently – and we are always available to answer any questions.
Collaboration & Other
Helda Solutions GmbH is based in Kloten near Zurich (Bachstrasse 35, 8302 Kloten). We primarily work with clients in German-speaking Switzerland, but also manage projects throughout Switzerland. Meetings take place via video call or on-site if required.
No. We work on a project basis or with retainers that can be canceled monthly. There are no minimum terms and no long-term commitments. Our clients stay because the results are right—not because a contract forces them to.
Then we'll end it—professionally and without drama. All data, accounts, and access belong to you and will be fully handed over. We're not interested in clients with whom it's not a good fit. That's why the initial consultation is so important: it clarifies whether we are a good match.
