Our basic models

Flat rates for clearly defined packages

For services with a clearly defined scope (e.g., analysis & foundation, individual setups), we work with flat rates.

That means:

  • You know in advance what's included.
  • The price will not change as long as the agreed scope of work remains unchanged.
  • The risk of "excessive hours" lies with us, not with you.

Project prizes for more comprehensive projects
When several building blocks are combined (e.g., analysis, website optimization, campaigns, customer journeys, systems), we bundle them into one project.

Included:

  • We define clear milestones and results,
  • agree on a project price or a combination of fixed-price blocks,
  • The offer specifies what is included – and what is not.

Ongoing support (monthly flat fee)

For companies that want to develop their sales system step by step, we offer ongoing support.

Typical contents:

  • regular sparring sessions,
  • Review and optimization of campaigns, pages and journeys,
  • Support for new ideas and actions.

The service is billed via a monthly flat fee, which reflects the scope and frequency of the support.

What's included in our offers

Typical scope of services

Depending on the package/project, our offers typically include:

  • Preliminary work and concept (analysis, planning, structure),
  • Implementation of the agreed building blocks (e.g. pages, campaigns, journeys, setup),
  • Voting, regular status updates,
  • simple corrections and fine-tuning,
  • Introduction to the most important systems and key figures.

What is not automatically included

The following are generally not included in the fee:

  • external costs such as advertising budgets (e.g. Google Ads, Social Ads),
  • Licensing costs for third-party tools (e.g., CRM, email software),
  • Extensive additional services outside the agreed scope.

Where such costs are incurred, they are clearly shown or billed directly to the provider.

How we find the right framework

From conversation to concrete offer
The process for obtaining a quote involves three steps:

1. Initial consultation

We clarify your goals, the starting point and the expected scope.

2. Recommendation & Proposal

You will receive a recommendation for a package or project – including a description of the scope of services and the pricing model.

3. Fine-tuning & decision

We will clarify any open questions, adjust the framework if necessary, and you can decide at your leisure whether you want to start.

Important: If we feel that our services are not currently suitable for your situation, we will tell you openly.

Why we don't have an online price list

Our projects differ depending on the initial situation, goals, and internally available resources.
A simple price list would not do justice to this difference – and would raise more questions than it answers.

Instead, we focus on:

  • Clear, comprehensible offers per project or package,
  • transparent communication regarding costs and benefits,
  • and the opportunity to discuss whether the relationship is right for you.
