1. Initial consultation
Informal meeting
In our initial consultation, we will clarify three things:
- Where does your company stand today (website/shop, advertising, existing customers)?
- What do you want to achieve (e.g., more inquiries, more repeat customers, more clarity)?
- What internal resources are available (time, team, budget)?
You will receive honest feedback on whether and how we can help – without sales pressure.
2. Analysis & Foundation
Understand before we start tinkering
Before we change anything, let's get a clear overview:
- Website/online shop analysis
- Review of advertising and visibility
- Customer journey analysis: from first contact to repeat customer
The result is an understandable report outlining strengths, weaknesses, and a prioritized roadmap for the coming months.
3. Concept & Planning
Which steps are most effective?
Based on the analysis, we will jointly determine:
- which goals we want to achieve in the next 3-6 months,
- which building blocks we tackle first (e.g. campaigns, landing pages, journeys, systems),
- how roles and tasks are distributed (what do we take on, what remains internal).
You will receive a clear plan with a sequence, rough timeframe, and responsibilities.
4. Implementation
From plan to practice
In the implementation phase, we take care of things like:
- setting up or optimizing campaigns,
- Creating or revising pages and landing pages,
- Planning and setting up customer journeys,
- Setting up systems, links, and key performance indicators.
You can see interim results, give feedback, and keep track of everything at all times.
5. Testing & Fine-tuning
Try it out, measure it, improve it
Once the first building blocks are live, we will observe their effect:
- How do visitors react to new pages?
- Which campaigns generate the best leads?
- How well do customer journeys work in real-world situations?
We make targeted adjustments to improve the system step by step – instead of leaving everything to chance.
6. Ongoing support (optional)
Further develop your system
If you wish, we can continue to support you even after the initial project phase, for example with:
- regular sparring sessions,
- ongoing optimization of campaigns, pages and journeys,
- Support with new ideas, offers or campaigns.
This keeps your digital sales system alive – without having to constantly start a “big project”.

Simple, clear and without detours
